| with fluid all over the place via #1, hose lines coming out of the reservoir, etc. Put the plastic port plugs (from car store) into the line fittings on the MC - make sure a short sheet metal screw is installed in each plug to keep them from leaking. Slowly fill the reservoir while tipping it left/right and back/forth. I do it about 1/8 of the way, let it sit a bit, tipping again a bit and fill a bit more. Don't have to go too crazy -- reservoir at 1/2 fill should be fine. Cap the reservoir - very important to do this step. Install the MC and attach the lines - very little fluid should leak out. Top up the reservoir as needed to the right level and re-install the cap. MOST IMPORTANT: Have a helper press the brake pedal (just once) to the floor and keep it there (probably will stay down). Crack each of the brake line nuts a bit and let some fluid spritz out. Need to do this just a bit on the first fitting since some pressure is needed (still) for the 2nd one. This should greatly help to get most/all of the air bubbles out of the lines. Have done it a number of times this way on a few cars - always seems work just fine. Worst case if you mess up, lines need to get bled.
